ARTIST OF THE WEEK: No.271 - Franky Wah

Capping off an incredibly successful year, which has included live sets at Creamfields, Glastonbury and Hideout, as well as support from fellow contemporaries Richie Hawtin, Richy Ahmed and Steve Lawler, rising producer Franky Wah now returns with a brilliant slice of electronica 'Time After Time', featuring none-other than Jessie Ware.

As someone who has recently rediscovered her dance music roots, Jessie Ware makes for the perfect accompaniment on this blistering new track. With her soaring vocals wrapped around a warm and euphoric production, 'Time After Time' looks to see the beatmaker grow from a one-to-watch to a full blown star in the making.

Speaking about his latest offering, the producer said, “It was a great feeling to do this collaboration and to be acknowledged at this level, given everything Jessie has achieved in her career. We had a lot of fun in the studio and the production process was very natural which is a must for me. I think the record demonstrates exactly what a collaboration should be, two styles meeting in the middle to create a unique blend of sounds.”
