ARTIST OF THE WEEK: No.322 - Everyone You Know

With huge amounts of support coming in already from the likes of Annie Mac, Jack Saunders, Steve Lamacq, BBC Introducing, NME, Sunday Times Culture, Complex and The Line of Best Fit to name but a few, fast-rising sibling duo Everyone You Know have now returned to share their next incredible single 'Charlie'.

Sampling The Streets’ ‘Weak Become Heroes’, which already has Mike Skinner’s blessing, their latest gem sees them fuse a multitude of genres to create this wonderfully bold and vivid new offering. Blending wistful atmosphere with a brilliant throbbing beat, this new release looks set to see their profile grow even higher in the months to come.

Speaking about the new single, they said, "We wrote this song around the same time as ‘She Don’t Dance’, and it was originally gonna be the follow up single. For one reason or another we ended up going with something else, but that’s the headspace we were in whilst making it. It's essentially a story about a woman's relationship with ‘Charlie’ (you can interpret that how you like) over a darker club beat. We had a lot of fun making this record so we hope you lot enjoy it."
