After returning earlier this year with their long-awaited new single 'Mexican Dress', Blood Red Shoes have now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from their forthcoming full-length.
The new track 'Howl' sees the band continue their adventures in punk-inspired pop-rock as they preview their new studio LP 'Get Tragic', set to arrive on the 25th January via Jazz Life Records.
Speaking about the new single, frontwoman Laura-Mary Carter said, "I wrote this in my mum’s kitchen, it’s about realising that everything in life you have to take charge of yourself and not wait around for someone else to do it. When we worked on it we were partying to a lot of 80s Prince and Janet Jackson, and I can hear that influence on it, definitely very new territory for us!”
