With his highly-anticipated debut album set to drop near the end of next month, Norwegian bedroom-pop producer Boy Pablo has now returned with the next cut to be lifted from his forthcoming full-length.
The new single 'Leave Me Alone' was premiered on Annie Mac's Radio 1 show last night (22nd September), and follows on from the previously shared tracks 'Hey Girl' and 'Honey' in previewing his first LP 'Wachito Rico', which is out on the 23rd October via 777 Music.
Speaking about the new offering, 'Leave Me Alone' was "actually one of the first songs I've written on tour. I wrote the demo in Montreal with Esteban last year. The song is based on a feeling I remember from when I was a little kid. I was at a birthday party and I was having so much fun, and then my parents say that we had to go home, completely out of nowhere, and I was so disappointed and grumpy the rest of the night. I finished the song in the studio where I produced it with Esteban and Erik It was one of the fun songs to record."
