After spending the last few months building and cultivating their sound, Atlanta-based outfit The Deepest Shade have now delivered their stunning debut EP 'Reflections'.
From an initial listen, it is crystal clear the vision this four-piece have for themselves. Channelling a raw and atmospheric approach to the post-punk direction, most prevalent within contemporary acts such as Warpaint and Slowdive, 'Reflections' makes for a very powerful listen. Blending smooth and pulsing grooves with broad instrumentation gives the release a wonderfully varied sound, allowing them to explore the outer reaches of their aesthetic and giving us something truly captivating to enjoy.
