Flying Lotus unveils unheard Kendrick Lamar collaboration 'Eyes Open'

Last night (9th April), Flying Lotus hosted an interview with Kendrick Lamar as part of his BBC Radio 1 residency and unveiled an unheard collaboration between the two in the process.

Having worked together a number of times before, with Lamar featuring on the producer's track 'Never Catch Me' and then himself at the helm of production for Kendrick's 'Wesley's Theory' from his latest 'To Pimp A Butterfly' album, the new track 'Eyes Open' is brief but distinctive collaboration between the two.

You can listen to the interview in full via the BBC iPlayer here, starting at the 1hr37min mark, or stream 'Eyes Open' in the player below.
