With their highly-anticipated new album set to arrive early next year, Gengahr have now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from their forthcoming full-length.
The new single 'Heavenly Maybe' was premiered on Annie Mac's Radio 1 show last night (26th November), and follows on from the previously shared tracks 'Everything & More' and 'Atlas Please' in previewing their third LP 'Sanctuary', which is set to arrive on the 31st January via Liberator Music.
Speaking about the new video for the release, the band said, “'Heavenly Maybe' is the second of a two part video we made with David East in Berlin earlier this year. Across the two we wanted to create something which captured the thematic essence of the album as a whole whilst also allowing each song its own fitting backdrop. The song itself is essentially about going out and trying to forget about all of your troubles, and how ultimately problematic that is as a form of release.”
