The band's new album 'Resistance Is Futile' is out next month

With their highly-anticipated new album now only a few weeks away, Manic Street Preachers have unveiled an alternative cut of one of their latest singles.

The new acoustic version of album track 'Distant Colours' aims to tear away the noise of the original version, leaving frontman James Dean Bradfield's powerful lyrics the focus of this new record.

Their new album 'Resistance Is Futile' is out on the 6th April via Columbia/Sony Records, and you can check out the new version of 'Distant Colours' in the player below.
