Having been one of the more hotly-tipped names for the year ahead, mary in the junkyard are now looking to cement their legacy to date with the announcement of their debut EP.
The new four-track collection 'This Old House' will include the previously shared efforts 'tuesday' and 'Ghost', is being previewed by the new lead single 'marble arch', and is set to be released on the 9th May via AMF Records.
Speaking about the new EP, the band's Clari Freeman-Taylor said, “this old house is all about the memories that exist in the walls and floors of places, what it feels like to be home and away from it.”
While adding about 'marble arch', “i wrote the words to marble arch in the back of the book 'wise children' under the actual marble arch, it's about the intense relationship between sisters, and leaving home and not wanting to come back.”
