Honing more of that riveting indie-rock sound he has been earning a reputation for over the years, 'Refuse' makes for a dazzling return to form for the frontman. With its raw and driven textures, pulsing atmosphere, and stellar hooks layered throughout, he returns to the fold with one of his most impactful efforts to date here.
While these last few years have certainly been a busy and prolific time for him, 'Refuse' still manages to stand out within his ever-evolving repertoire of late.
