Parcels return with new single 'Leaveyourlove'

With their eagerly-awaited new studio album currently in the works, Parcels have now returned to share a brand new single.

The new track 'Leaveyourlove' marks their first piece of new material so far this year, and comes accompanied by a stunning new video, directed by Alexandra Thurmond.

Speaking about the new offering, they said, "Leaveyourlove is our first new song in a long time. It was first a short instrumental jam over a drum loop in Berlin, which you hear at the start. Then months later, a whole lot of vocal ideas, tracked by Noah, Pat and Jules at a studio on the coast of Oaxaca in Mexico. They were joyous and carefree sessions on the beach and in the mountains.

"We had fun with the idea of trading lines like a boy band and giving each of our singers their own verse. It’s a song that fell into place naturally and inspired a clear direction for our next album. And in a full circle completion for ‘Leaveyourlove’, we filmed the video together back in Berlin almost a year after it was recorded.”
