Having spent the last few months releasing a wave of new material, Róisín Murphy has now announced her plans for a new studio album, arriving in the coming months.
The new full-length 'Róisín Machine' will include the previously unveiled tracks 'Murphy's Law', 'Narcissus', 'Incapable', 'Jealousy' and 'Simulation', is being previewed by the new lead single 'Something More', and is expected to be released on the 25th September via Skint / BMG.
Speaking about the new offering, she said, "I interpreted it as a swan-song to how we once lived, there’s plenty of bravado in the lyrics and the character is a kind of antihero but the indefinable yearning and the feeling of arriving at a point of emptiness is universal right now!"
