Following on from their wonderfully well-received single 'Closer' last month, Sea Girls have returned to deliver their next slice of euphoric indie-rock.
The new single 'Violet' was premiered on Annie Mac's Radio 1 show last night (20th August), and precedes the band's forthcoming Reading & Leeds shows, as well as their upcoming UK headline tour, which kicks off at the start of October.
Speaking of the track, frontman Henry Camamile said, “If our other tracks are the shade, then Violet is definitely the light. There is no tortured soul here, just a boy who avoided the inevitable for years, suddenly realises, and throws himself wholeheartedly to someone who’s made for him. Put your face in a sink of ice cold water and that’s how it makes me feel.”
