Simian Ghost announce new album

Sweden's alt-pop trio Simian Ghost have announced a new album is due to arrive later this year.

The band's forthcoming third album 'The Veil' follows on from their 2012 release 'Youth' and is will be made available from the 8th September.

“We’ve tried to develop our songwriting, in part by looking back in music history,” the group explains. “The last album we did during a couple of summer months, taking breaks to go swimming and so on. This time we really isolated ourselves, sitting in our cellar room with a couple of cheap microphones and lot’s of instruments.”

'The Veil' is expected to be an 18-track album, one of which, 'Never Really Knew', has already been unveiled and you can check out the video for it below.
