Temples announce new album 'Hot Motion'

Following on from the release of their heavily-praised sophomore album 'Volcano' in 2017, Temples have now announced their plans for a new studio LP, arriving later this year.

The new full-length 'Hot Motion' will became their first release since the departure of drummer Samuel Toms last year, is being previewed by the record's title-track, and is set to be released on the 27th September via ATO Records.

Speaking about their return, bassist Thomas Walmsley said, "It felt like there was a darker edge to what we were coming up with and we wanted to make sure that carried through across the whole record. It’s not a ten track, relentless rock record from start to finish, it’s got a lot of light and shade and more tender moments, but that heavier, darker sound for us is something we wanted to make sure was in there and explore further.”
