ARTIST OF THE WEEK: No. 108 Get Inuit

After first making waves in the first half of 2015 with their debut EP '001', Kent's indie four-piece Get Inuit have been riding that same crest of buzz ever since. Having initially shared the stage with the likes of Slaves, PUP and DZ Deathrays in their formative years, the band are keeping close to a great number of other emerging bands this year, making them impossible to ignore.

Kicking off the year with the explosive 'My Oh My' back in January, Get Inuit have returned once again with their latest single 'Teriyaki'. A delightful romp of a record which sees them live up to the hype surrounding them, not to mention turning heads at the BBC who have been pushing on both Radio 1 and their Introducing shows.

The band are set to head off on a supporting tour with Spring King, alongside The Magic Gang and The Big Moon (possibly the best line-up of young talent we have seen all year), which begins this weekend with a slot at this year's Reading Festival.

Get Inuit are allegedly prepping for their debut album release later this year, but as nothing has been confirmed yet, you can just check out 'Teriyaki' in the player below for now.
