Over the last few years, acts like Disclosure and Clean Bandit have shown us that collaborations between artists nearly always equal chart and dancefloor gold. And now a new pair of producers have emerged looking to take the crown from their respective contemporaries.
Multi-Instrumentalists Hannah Koppenburg and Annie Wagstaff aka HANNIE have now unveiled their incredible debut single 'Cosmic Bound', a sultry mix of pop aesthetics and a tropical vibe that sees them team up with fellow newcomer Carys Selvey to create a slice of pure summertime gold.
When speaking of their project HANNIE said “Your gender should never get in the way of doing what you love and working hard. It’s weird but there doesn’t seem to be anyone doing what we are doing, which we find really exciting. We want to be a step towards putting more girls, as musicians, in the music industry. This is the most fun we’ve ever had, and can’t wait to share these tunes with everyone.”
