Bear's Den share new single 'Honest Mistake'

With their eagerly-awaited new EP set to drop next month, Bear's Den have now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from their forthcoming full-length.

The new single 'Honest Mistake' follows on from the previously shared lead track 'Loneliness' in previewing their new EP 'White Magnolias', which is out on the 10th November via Communion Records.

Speaking about the new offering, the band's Andrew Davie said, “Honest Mistake is a song that started off as an intimate piano ballad. We were both drawn to the darkness it intrinsically possesses and felt there was more weight to the words to be explored. When we recorded the song for real at Middle Farm Studios with Ian (Grimble), there was a really powerful energy from the whole band. It just felt really raw and untethered in some way and pushed us into some uncharted territory as a band.”
