boygenius & Ye Vagabonds share new charity single 'The Parting Glass'

After what has already been an incredibly triumphant year for the trio, boygenius now team up with Ye Vagabonds to release a brand new charity single.

The new track 'The Parting Glass' was originally recorded by Sinéad O'Connor back in 2002, and proceeds from the release will go towards the Aisling Project, an after-school project working with children and young people growing up in a disadvantaged area in Dublin, Ireland, chosen by the Sinéad O’Connor Estate.

Speaking about the new offering, project leader Mícheál Clear said, “We are absolutely thrilled that boygenius have chosen to give proceeds from the release to Aisling Project. It's an absolute privilege to be associated with the stunningly beautiful homage to Sinead O'Connor and we can’t possibly thank boygenius enough.”
