Having spent the last few days of the year releasing stripped back versions of his recent singles under his 'Countdown to the End of 2016' series, Daniel Woolhouse (fka Deptford Goth) has now shared his version of a true Christmas classic.
Covering The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl's 'Fairytale In New York', the frontman has delivered a truly intimate rendition of the track, which echoed vocals and little more than a piano and drum machine throughout.
