Enla Arboleda - 'Other Ways To Find Yourself'

8/10

Over these last few years, London-based Colombian artist Santiago Giraldo Arboleda has seen his Enla Arboleda go from strength to strength. Blending his distinctive South American heritage with a European approach to direction and production across a wave of releases throughout the years, his tenure to date has been this wildly explorative one that always looks to build upon what has come before. And after plenty of praise for his recent material so far, he is now cementing his dynamo legacy with his eagerly-awaited debut EP 'Other Ways To Find Yourself', a collection brimming with innovative spirit throughout.

While he has been making some serious waves since first arriving in 2019, 'Other Ways To Find Yourself' perfectly highlights the journey his sound has been on throughout the years. Blending this rustic, almost soul-inspired tone with this broad and adventurous approach to production across all five tracks, this new release finds him in one of his more creative guises to date. With each song a meticulously crafted composition that sweeps and swoons from start to finish, he is certainly looking to make a lasting impact with this mesmerising new delight.

It has certainly been a great time for his self-discovery recently, but 'Other Ways To Find Yourself' shows he is an artist that isn't afraid of building and developing his sound. The result is this wonderfully immersive listen to elevates him as one of the more captivating names doing the rounds right now.
