Fatboy Slim, Clean Bandit and De La Soul announced for Common People festival

After the team behind Bestival announced their plans for a more summer-based festival this year, the Southampton-set Common People has now announced the first batch of artists set to make an appearance.

Fatboy Slim, Clean Bandit, De La Soul, Band Of Skulls, Jaguar Skills and many more are now confirmed to play the festival's debut year, with a secret special guest headliner yet to be announced for the Sunday night.

Along with his announcement, Fatboy Slim released an exclusive video confirming his appearance, where he says, “Living in the love of the common people, smiles from the heart of a family man. Momma’s gonna buy you a dream to cling to, Fatboy’s gonna love you just as much as he can. And he can. Join me on Southampton Common with the Bestival family, 23rd May.”

Common People is set to take place on Southampton Common from the 23rd-24th May, with both weekend and day tickets available from their official website, http://www.ticketline.co.uk/common-people
