Definitely guitar. My brother Itamar is the greatest guitar player I ever met, and since I was a baby I had the chance to see him live, and man, despite the fact that I’m in love with him I adore his guitar playing and he made me start playing guitar basically.

What kind of music did you love when you were younger?

I don’t care if it’s basic but The Beatles man, my first memory is hearing George Harrison screaming: “I DON’T KNOW” on the C part of “Something” while driving in the car with my family at like 2 years old. And for some reason when I was a toddler I was obsessed with Ringo Starr hahahaha, I think it’s the moustache.

What was the first album you remember owning?

“Wolf” by Tyler The Creator. That was the bible of my highschool years, I breathed smoked and ate this album for breakfast. So punk rock.

What is the one song you wished you could have written yourself?

Requiem by Mozart.

Do you have any habits or rituals you go through when trying to write new music?

I like smoking a cig while listening to my demos hahaha / I play the songs I love at the phase I’m in to like get in the zone I want to be in and then I write / or just jam.

Who are your favourite artists you have found yourself listening to at the moment?

It really depends on the week, but at the moment I’m deep inside The Strokes rabbit hole.

If you could open a show for anyone in the world, who would it be?

PLAYBOI CARTI, that’s not a joke.

What do you find is the most rewarding part about being a musician?

Having a girlfriend lol.

And what is the most frustrating part?

Not having money lolll.

And what is the best piece of advice you have received as a musician?

"Music either “hits” or not, it’s really just that and you gotta have the balls to admit it when you don’t “hit”."
