Metronomy share Panic Shack version of 'It's good to be back'

With the special edition of their latest studio album arriving later this month, Metronomy have now dropped the next cut to be lifted from their upcoming release.

The new version of 'It's good to be back' comes courtesy of Cardiff-based DIY punk outfit Panic Shack, and follows on from the previously unveiled Jessica Winter version of 'I lost my mind' and Katy J Pearson's reworking of 'Love Factory' in previewing the special edition of their newest LP 'Small World', which is out on the 29th November via Because Music.

Speaking about the new offering, Panic Shack said, “We were so excited to be asked to cover this Metronomy song and had so much fun Shack-ifying it. We’ve been fans of Metronomy for years so being asked to take part was such a big deal. We hope you love it!”
