Mould release debut single 'Birdsong'

After spending the last few months building and cultivating their sound, Bristol-based newcomers Mould are now ready to introduce themselves as they release their explosive debut single.

The new track 'Birdsong' was produced by Jon Mcmullen (Wet Leg, Michael Kiwanuka), and sees them follow in the footsteps of the likes of Fugazi, Pile and Mclusky.

Speaking about the new offering, frontman and guitarist Joe Sherrin said, “‘Birdsong’ was the first song we made together. The song is about how trying to be optimistic all the time is draining. Someone told me I have a positive demeanour and always try to see the good, but this song is about the personal cost of that.”
