Transgressive announce Late Night Takeover at Reading & Leeds

Heading into their ninth year as the hosts of the late night takeover of Reading & Leeds' Alternative Stage, Transgressive Records have announced a huge line-up of live acts and DJ sets due to appear over the weekend.

With live acts including Fat White Family (pictured), Honne and Loyle Carter mixed in with DJ sets from Metronomy and Peep Show's Super Hans, plus a number of back-to-back sets from Peace vs Hinds, Huw Stephens vs Pulled Apart By Horses, Transgressive Sound System vs Rockfeedback DJs and a closing set by Jen Long vs Bless DJs, it is certainly looking huge this year.

Toby L, co-founder of Transgressive, stated; "Every year the Transgressive Takeover at Reading and Leeds gets bigger and bigger, and it's such a joy to return once again in 2016... This time, we cannot wait to welcome Loyle Carner - one of the most important new artists on the planet right now - to the stage, plus Fat White Family, Honne and all our guest DJs, not least a very welcome return from Metronomy. Meanwhile, God only knows what Super-Hans has in store for us; his first ever Glastonbury appearance this summer is already the stuff of legend."

Tickets for both festivals are still available and can be purchased at ReadingFestival.com or LeedsFestival.com respectively.
