Having already made a lasting impression on the new music scene these last few months, Southend-On-Sea's The Trusted are back at it once again with their euphoric new single 'The Lightning'.
Bringing back more of that bright and lofty pop-rock aesthetic they have been cultivating since they first emerged, 'The Lightning' makes for an incredibly warm and emotive return for them. With its soaring hooks, shimmering atmosphere, and stellar vocals layered throughout, they continue their ascent as one of the more impactful names on the rise right now.
While it has certainly been a busy and prolific time for them recently, 'The Lightning' shows they are still very much on top of their creative game right now. Brimming with this bold and anthemic direction throughout, they are definitely one to keep a firm eye on as we move into 2025 as well.
