Having already established herself with a wealth of shimmering delights these last few years, fast-rising artist Jo Hill has now announced her plans for her eagerly-awaited debut album 'Girlhood', which is set to arrive on the 22nd November via Urok.
Previewed by the newly unveiled lead single 'ALL MY GIRLS ARE TOMBOYS', her hotly-tipped new LP has already been set as one of the more anticipated of the last few months. Bringing together that rich and sun-kissed indie-pop she is known for, Jo Hill is certainly someone worth keeping a firm eye on for the months ahead.
Speaking about the new offering, she said, “If there’s one thing I’ve learnt in the process of making this record, it’s that the best things happen by accident. They’re often unplanned, a hiccup that leads to a much more interesting moment, journey and story. This is the album I wish my mum gave me growing up.”
