Over the last few years, the town of Reading has produced a great array of incredible indie-rock bands. Both The Amazons and Sundara Karma have seen themselves heading up festival bills all over the world, and now a new five-piece looks set to join them as the latest export from the Berkshire town.
All aged between 17-19, Valeras have already found themselves as one of the hotly-tipped new names for the year ahead. As well as being set to perform at Live At Leeds, The Great Escape and Are You Listening? Festival later in the summer, the band have already been cutting their teeth as support acts for Yonaka, The Wombats and currently Demob Happy.
Their latest single 'Louder' takes that classic guitar rock sound and beefs it right up, making it impossible to ignore. The soaring vocals and grizzled guitars make for a truly anthemic experience as the band crash and tear their way through this monstrous release.
