After establishing herself as one of the more alluring names on the Americana scene these last few years, Brooklyn-based artist Annie Keating returns once again with her shimmering new studio album 'Hard Frost'.
Following on from the highly-praised 2021 LP 'Bristol County Tides' and featuring the previously unveiled gems 'Feels Like Home', 'Sunshine Parade' and 'Lovesick Blues', this new full-length makes for a wonderfully passionate listen. Filled with broad and immersive textures, a soaring atmosphere, and her own mesmerising vocals at the helm, she is continuing to cement herself as one of the more captivating names doing the rounds right now.
While she has been on an extremely prolific run these last few years, 'Hard Frost' shows that she still has plenty of fresh and invigorating ideas in which to explore. With such a firm and focused approach to her songwriting throughout, this is one release we are sure to be coming back to again and again.
