After first emerging back in 2013, Australian multi-instrumentalist DD Dumbo (real name Oliver Hugh Perry) was looking like he was on his way to becoming a household name, thanks to the diverse eccentricity of his debut EP 'Tropical Oceans'. But suddenly everything went quiet at camp Dumbo, until earlier this year when he reappeared on the scene and then recently dropped the news of an impending debut album.
Mixing a blend of danceable qualities with a rich production style, the sound of DD Dumbo is one that you can get into easily. After releasing one of his latest singles 'Satan' back in May, it was clear that the producer had big plans on the horizon. And since then he has delivered 'Walrus', another insatiable tune that has got up more than geared up for this new album later in the year.
