After making a name for himself from featuring on Wookie's 'Higher' and Gorgon City's 'Unmissable' last year, London-based Zak Abel has been hitting the solo material hard so far this year and it looks like he's getting noticed.
After releasing his debut EP 'Joker Presents' earlier this year, Abel has already unveiled a follow-up EP 'One Hand On The Future', which features a whole host of new collaborators including Kaytranada, Karma Kid, Tom Misch as well as his debut EP's producer Joker.
Combining big productions with a soulful voice, Abel's latest single 'Say Sumthin' has been gathering huge acclaim from various sources, including regular airplay on BBC Radio 1 and already looks to be the beginning of greater things to come for the young talent.
