With his eagerly-awaited new album due out early next year, Bill Ryder-Jones has now dropped the next cut to be lifted from his forthcoming full-length.
The new single 'If Tomorrow Starts Without Me' comes accompanied by a stunning new video, directed by James Slater, and follows on from the previously shared lead track 'This Can't Go On' in previewing his fifth LP 'Iechyd Da', which is out on the 12th January via Domino.
Speaking about the new offering, he said, “It contains probably the oldest lyric I've ever written. Which comes from when I was about 15 watching Eurotrash. There was a Thai sex-worker reading from a diary and she just read the words: “What if tomorrow starts without me?” I just loved it. It's always stuck with me.”
