After introducing themselves with their dazzling debut single 'better times' back in May, New York-based outfit Ceylon Sailor are now back with us to deliver their vibrant sophomore outing 'not where we were'.
Honing more of that bright and euphoric indie-rock aesthetic they first arrived with, 'not where we were' makes for a rich and inviting return for them. With its broad and immersive textures, sweeping atmosphere, and soaring vocals layered throughout, they continue their rise as one of the more exciting names emerging right now.
While their journey may have only just gotten underway, 'not where we were' marks another strong and confident addition to their quickly developing repertoire of late. With such a vibrant approach to their songwriting and production once again , we can't wait to hear where they plan to take it next.
