Disclosure share full tracklist of 'Caracal'

We have known about some of the incredible special guests Disclosure have on their upcoming new album 'Caracal' for a while, but now the pair have shared the full tracklist and it contains yet more surprises.

Joining the already known guests Gregory Porter, Sam Smith, Lorde, Lion Babe, Kwabs, Nao and Brendan Riley will be The Weeknd, Miguel and Jordan Rakei, making it one of the most jaw-dropping collection of collaborators we have seen in recent years.

'Caracal' is due out on the 25th September and you can see the full tracklist below.
