Having been almost completely silent since their highly-praised 2018 LP 'Social Habits', Italian outfit Platonick Dive now make their long-awaited return to deliver their vibrant new single 'Carpet Ceiling'.
Bringing back more of that warm and illustrious post-rock inspired aesthetic they are known for, 'Carpet Ceiling' makes for a dazzling comeback from the trio. Brimming with warm and immersive textures, a shimmering aesthetic, and a progressive nature at its heart, they are returning to the fold with one of their most enticing efforts to date here.
While it has been quite some time since we last heard any new material from them, 'Carpet Ceiling' shows that they are still brimming with plenty of fresh and exciting ideas just waiting to be explored. With such a firm and confident approach to their songwriting and production once again, we can't wait to hear what else they have been working on during their time away as well.
