Two discontinued Jimi Hendrix albums to be rereleased

Two out-of-print Jimi Hendrix records are soon to find themselves back in the shops thanks to a rerelease later this year.

The two albums, 'The Cry Of Love' and 'Rainbow Bridge', were originally released in 1971, after the singer's death the year before, and were both recorded at New York's Electric Lady Studios between late 1969 and the summer of 1970.

Both releases will be available on CD, vinyl and digital formats from the 15th September, and you can see both of the album's tracklists below.
