Following on from his highly-praised debut LP 'Dinosaur' back in 2019, Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter Alex Barkats has now returned to the fold to deliver his eagerly-awaited new studio album 'Here we are in the garden'.
Featuring the previously shared offerings 'Hologram', 'Butter' and 'Jewels', this new ten-track collection makes for a dazzling return to form for the artist at the helm. Filled with rich and shimmering textures, a sweeping atmosphere, and his own mesmerising vocals layered throughout, 'Here we are in the garden' sees him returning with some of his most alluring releases to date.
Although it had been quite a while between this and his previous full-length, 'Here we are in the garden' was certainly worth the wait. With such a firm and confident approach to his songwriting from beginning to end, he remains one of the more passionate names doing the rounds right now.
